Zuhaib Shaikh is a leadership development facilitator/ coach, and an innovation enthusiast. He has been a Design Thinking practitioner since 2006, having applied the methodology for banking and financial software products, L&D experiences, e-learning products, education and curriculum interventions, process engineering and design, and enterprise-wide IT solutions. In doing so, he has also led cross functional teams, trained and coached them on the methodology, and spearheaded iterative development and implementation on ground.

Zuhaib has over 15 years of diverse experience with multiple leadership and entrepreneurial roles overseeing strategic direction, design, innovation, and execution. He is a storyteller, writer, and creative artist who combines inventive flair, gamification, reflective practices, theatre/improv and experiential techniques to deliver training and coaching programs that work! Apart from teaching undergraduate courses in universities and executing a number of development sessions in the Education space for students, teachers and school leaders, Zuhaib has trained professionals from organizations such as HBL, PPL, UBL, NBP, Utilize Pakistan, TPS, SSGC, EBM, Avanza Solutions, BASF Chemicals, NCCPL, IRD, WWF, British Council, SMEDA, and KESC etc.
