Course Overview
A series of facilitated workshops run to help an Organization cement cultural change and support the transfer of values into evidenced behavior at all levels of the Organization. Sessions are designed to position the Organization Values, focus on techniques for practical implementation and gain commitment to action.
Participants will be able to
- Understand the Vision and Strategy
- Recognize the Organization Values
- Understand the process used to produce the Organization Values
- Recognize the relevance of the Organization Values to their own division
- Consider what actions they can take in accordance with the Organization Values
- Identify barriers to implementation
- Generate ideas to embed Organization Values
