In 2018, Sohail curated “Insights Business Forum,” a platform for breakthrough business and leadership insights. IBF intends to create transformational experiences to inspire people and organizations with actionable ideas. The goal is to produce and distribute world-class content to help companies and individuals to improve the way they manage their organizations and themselves. The event offers impressive speaker lineup, high impact presentations, discussion around contemporary business challenges and bright-minded attendees.
In 2019, Sohail presented “Leadership Academy” in Karachi with 430 people in attendance. This by far was the biggest gathering in a learning program, ever hosted in Pakistan. His most recent obsession is his latest program, “Management Innovation Masterclass”. This is a program, exclusively designed for c-suite executives, as it takes up the challenge of reinventing the management culture and reimagine the bureaucratic fabric of an organization.
He has devoted his life to sharing his thinking in order to help other leaders and organizations develop an agile learning culture. Sohail’s unconventional and disruptive views on talent, learning, leadership and business have attracted significant attention. Sohail spends a significant time studying individuals, teams and organizations to understand what makes world-class performers, summarizing it, and sharing it with the world. By focusing on everything from transformational leadership to talent maximization and strategy, to the spread of happiness and meaning at work, Sohail has been able to motivate and inspire countless people and is showing no intent to stop.
