Unlike other Sales and Service Training Program, this program takes a constructive approach, by taking into account organizational context, policies, procedures and culture, in order to design a highly customized sales and service training intervention. The focus is on getting results through teaching what applies. Instead of focusing on only targets and closing, the program helps salespeople to uplift the brand, increase service value, win customers’ trust and ultimately, win personally and professionally.
