Course Overview

The program is designed to create and foster self-empowerment and engage leaders the very core of an organization. Participants learn strategies to gain more satisfaction from their work by challenging their notion of leadership, look ahead with confidence, to examine what motivates their drive for results, live by values, influence without authority, engage customers with more ownership, appreciate differences and to build confidence and self-reliance through knowledge and skills.
