Muzna is a highly adaptive and flexible learning expert who brings diverse exposure and facilitation intelligence to her clients. She has a passionate approach towards course development that creates an interactive and relaxed learning environment where participants feel free to become engaged and involved learners.

In her role at KE as Learning Partner, her focus span included 26 departments with over 1400 employees. Muzna planned, designed, and implemented project with international repute such as Toastmasters Club & Lean in Circles across KE. She also initiated Sensitivity Workshop for Customer Service (CS) which was later scaled across KE.

She has trained over 3000 professionals in different setups. She also completed her First Time Manager Program by Ken Blanchard Company, exclusively for KE.

In addition to her corporate gigs, Muzna has progressively contributed to recruitment consulting, education & teaching domains.

She leverages real-world scenarios, insightful questions, and engaging anecdotes to partner with participants in a meaningful and engaging way.
