Course Overview
The single greatest advantage in the modern economy is a happy and engaged workforce. However, Gallup’s global-workplace report (2013) revealed that only 13% of employees are ‘actively engaged’ at work. The vast majority of employees (63% worldwide and 76% in Singapore) are ‘not engaged’ and not emotionally connected to their workplace and are thus less likely to invest in organizational goals or outcomes. Both Agility and Engagement are a function of employee happiness. Companies therefore need ‘Happiness Bootcamp’.
